Auction Information:

The successful bidder will be required to sign a Contract of Sale and pay a 10% DEPOSIT of the purchase price, on the fall of the hammer.


The balance of purchase money will be due on completion (or earlier by arrangement), which is set for Friday 28th. March 2025.

Directions:

From Welshpool take the B4381 towards Leighton (this is the road passing Henfaes Lane industrial Estate). Then right at the ‘T’ junction. From the Shrewsbury direction ( A 458) turn left opposite the Green Dragon Pub, towards Leighton on the B4388 (continue for about 2 miles).

Take the left turn immediately after the primary school and travel uphill for a couple of miles to the crossroads at Trelystan. Turn left and continue past the turning on the right to Marton. The land is a little further on each side of the road, indicated by the auctioneer’s sale boards.
